Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variations due to screen settings
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@castingqueens.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
